Project – Marty's Tint & Electronics

NWC Construction took a 100 year old residential house and transformed it into a commercial office space for Marty's Tint & Electronics. This was a turnkey project from design, to construction to Certification of Completion.

The project scope included:

• Removing the front porch and front wall
• Construction of new footers, walls and support structures
• Brought the building up to ADA compliance
• Installation of Central AC
• Construction of store front
• All new electrical wiring
• Bathroom remodel
• Complete interior remodel to create a show room
